Club Membership

Membership runs from the 1st of April until the 31st of March.

There are four categories of membership  and one restricted canal Permit which are all CARDLESS 

• Senior Membership: Those aged over 18 on the 1st of April.
• Young Person Membership: Those aged 14 to 18 on the 1st of April.
• Junior Membership: Those aged 6 to 13 on the 1st of April.
• Non-Fishing Membership: Non-Fishing Membership: Available to spouses/partners accompanying full adult members and parents/guardians accompanying junior members on club and affiliated stretches of the River Dee

• Canal Permit: An annual permit that allows fishing on our stretches of the Shropshire Union Canal and Weaver Navigation only for a full 12 months from the date of purchase. Maps

New members and applicants for a Canal Permit are required to create an account the first time they access the member portal. They will then be able to use this account to maintain their personal details and renew memberships in future by clicking on the My Account tab above.

New Full Members – Membership is applied for online when spaces are available.

Existing Members All classes of membership including juniors and Non-fishing  can renew online which is the preferred, quickest and safest way to renew, by clicking on the Renew Online button above when the Renewal window opens and logging on to their account making sure all their personal details recorded are correct. Renewing members who are unable to renew online can send a cheque to the membership secretary as set out in your renewal letter.

All members must be in possession of a current Environment Agency Rod Licence, when fishing club waters.
